We are an independent firm and may act as an intermediary between you and third-party lenders, carriers or custodians.

You must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of the United States to use our services. By submitting information, you represent that it is accurate, current and complete, and that you are not subject to any prohibition on receiving financial services under applicable law.

• Advisory plans are billed monthly or annually at the rates published on our website at the time of enrollment;
• We charge no upfront fees for loan applications or initial consultations;
• All fees are disclosed in writing in your service agreement before any payment is due;
• Subscriptions may be canceled at any time; fees already paid for the current period are non-refundable unless required by law.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other clients or our business. Sections 4, 7, 9 and 10 survive termination.

12. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation; unresolved disputes shall be settled by binding arbitration in Walla Walla County, Washington, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction. You agree to waive any right to a class action.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version with a new "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Electronic Communications Consent
